Lindsey's Heat & Air

Our AC unit is 13 years old and started leaking refrigerant. We called our regular AC maintenance crew and traced the leak, but because of the phase out of the R410A refrigerant, we were told to shop around for coil as the parts are becoming harder to get. So we found Lindsey's on Amana's website as a preferred dealer. I called on a Monday morning and thankfully they had an opening even with the recent heatwave. Mark came out very quickly and inspected our unit and reviewed what has been done so far and gave us recommendations and a quote as well. Thankfully both vendors were able to find the coil part. I called Lindsey's Heating and AC earlier this morning because my heating unit decided to stop heating in the middle of today's rain and wind storm. I was told they were booked but will wait list me. Best response I had all week as everyone in town were booked until Christmas. I received a call 3 hours later and had a tech show up. Within minutes our heating unit was back on. Quick, knowledgeable, professional and friendly all around not to mention the affordable price. I would recommend Lindsey's to anyone needing service and repair.

Lindsey HVAC services were great. In spite of us asking for help in the middle of the heat wave, they managed to fit us in. The technician they sent, Fernando, was efficient, light on his feet, respectful, and knowledgeable. He took care of our issue in no time, explained it clearly, and gave us advice on how to avoid problems. When we thanked him, he was humble and said any of their technicians would have done just as well. We recommend Fernando and Lindsey's services overall.

Our family has been going to Lindsey's for well over a decade for both commercial and residential HVAC needs. They are extremely responsive via phone and their team is very professional and helpful. As an example, I called yesterday about an odor coming from a vent, concerned that it could be hazardous, and they came within an hour. Too boot, they are also cost competitive too.
