This review is primarily regarding the customer service with Link. In 2022 Precision Mechanical (Now Link mechanical services, Inc.) installed a new furnace in my home. The installation went great the technicians did a great job. Today 11/3/2025 I contacted Link with heating issues. I was originally chatting with customer service in an online chat which went fine. Then they sent the chat chain to Link mechanical services, Inc. in New Britain, CT. The chat customer service representative asked me to call this location I did and left a voicemail. They called me back fairly quickly which I appreciated. Unfortunately, the customer service representative was pretty rude on the phone. Our aging air conditioner unit died unexpectedly during a late season heat wave. We called the Link team up and asked them to come out to evaluate our existing unit. Based on our conversation, it was determined that a new system was the best course of action due to the age and depth of issues with my existing systems. In evaluating options we discussed each traditional central AC systems as well as heat pumps. In the end we settled on a heat pump unit. The Link team was fantastic in handling the installation, including leaving my house spotless and assuring that the new unit was properly integrated into our existing heating system. 5 starts for their service and professionalism!

Chris and Tomasso did an excellent job replacing my high efficiency natural gas boiler. They arrived on time and immediately got to work. The job was done neatly and they cleaned up the job site completely. They stayed to test the system and made sure all aspects of the system were working before they left. The job only took them about 6 hours total. I was impressed by their competence and professionalism.

Update: Last week I went to the basement only to find out hot water heater was leaking and a large puddle of water was expanding across the basement. I immediately called Link. The very same day they came out and installed a new hot water tank. This time I opted for an automatic shutoff valve that will close the inlet to the tank in case it senses a leak. Once again the team at Link Mechanical did a great job!!! I really appreciate the prompt service, the fair price, and the attention to details with the installation. Thank You Link Mechanical!! Link to the rescue! Woke up to no hot water on Thursday and by Friday afternoon a new water heater installed and good to go. Eric and Tomasso did an excellent job. Communication with Jeff, Katie and Suzanne was efficient and very helpful. Once again we are very satisfied with Link .
