I don’t usually write reviews, but Linli HVAC really impressed me. My oil boiler was recently retired and I decided to switch to all electric. I found Linli through Google and it works out great! My salesperson was knowledgeable and patient. They came to my home, took measurements, and explained the difference between Daikin central and mini-split. They didn’t try to upsell—they simply gave me clear options, pricing, and what to expect. He even compared Daikin vs Mitsubishi so I could understand why Daikin was a better fit for my home. The technician team showed up on time on installation day. They installed the new air handlers, outdoor units. He checked static pressure and made sure the new equipment would be properly installed. In May 2021 I had ductless done to the entire house. A few months after the outside pipes started to come a part. I called and complaint. In October 2022 the biggest unit stopped working. This cost almost $16,000 minus rebate of $3500. I called and was told they will charge me $180 diagnostic fee. This is just ridiculous. This system should not give any problems for a few years. It’s BRAND NEW!! After reading other complaints I realized that they are just doing quick work, collect your money and don’t care about quality of work. I don’t recommend this company!!!
