Called them on June 6th, 23 to pump my septic. Called several times since then, and now it’s July 24th and they still haven’t come. My home is sold and closes on Wednesday, but won’t close if the septic isn’t pumped. I may lose the sale of my house and a whole lot of money! Now they won’t even answer my calls.
My septic backed up resulting in 2” of wastewater in my basement, I called this company at 7:00 am to come pump out my tank, they said they would come in the afternoon. At 2:00 I called again to ask if they knew a time, he said he was in a town 30 minutes away pumping one first, he never called or showed up. I would have called a different company if he would have just told me he couldn’t do it, but he led me on and then never called or showed up. Now it’s the weekend with a holiday on Monday, so I will have to wait until Tuesday to even get ahold of a different company. Save yourself a headache and call a different company.
