Lint Out Dryer Vent & Air Duct Cleaning

We live in a condo, and after Hurricane Ian we purchased a new clothes dryer. It took forever to dry anything, and we assumed the issue was lint buildup in the building’s exhaust system. Chad arrived on time, was very amicable, and got right to work. He immediately discovered that the pipe from the dryer hadn’t been installed properly. Then he went up onto our two-story roof and found the real issue—a major fire hazard caused by improper dryer venting. Our roof had been replaced earlier this year, and the roofing company did not follow fire-code requirements. Chad was extremely knowledgeable and thorough. Chad and Kody from Lint Out did a great job on cleaning out our A/C vents - 22 in total. They were very professional and friendly. We completed a home renovation and definitely needed the service.
