Stuart is a life saver! He's punctual, friendly, a total problem solver and his pricing is 100% fair! My brand new washtower was throwing an error code during the dry cycle. I contacted the manufacturer and LG said the vent was clogged and needed to be serviced by a professional. So I found Stuart online based on his reviews! He pulled the unit out a little feeling as though the clog was actually due to the installers pushing the unit too far back against the back wall, Since I had the vent cleaned out the year prior and my laundry usage is much smaller than other households, Stuart decided to start simple and see if I saw improvement with a slight adjustment of the unit placement.
