My only regret regarding this review is that it doesn't allow 6 or 7 stars! I cannot offer enough positive attributes about Chris's professionalism, work ethic and integrity. His pricing is upfront, all-inclusive and very reasonable; what is quoted is what is charged (no bait and switch tactics, and no "up-selling"). He called prior to his departure and arrived precisely on time. He immediately set up his equipment and described his work as he went along. He cleaned the vent pipe entirely, from the base all the way through to the roof vent, as is his standard practice (unfortunately as I have experienced, other companies will often unscrupulously "up-sell" this portion, charging above and beyond the quoted price as a bait and switch tactic AFTER they arrive, but not Chris). Chris is a life saver!!!! I gave him a call after we had another company come to clean our vent and left our dryer inoperable. I called Chris for a consult and he explained to me step by step what would be the process and what was possibly wrong. He was booked all week and still made time on a Friday at 4pm to swing by and give us a hand. He was on time, efficient and left our dryer working at optimum speed. He even checked our attic after the other company had gone in there to "fix it". All I have to say don't trust all companies with amazing reviews. He charged us way less than the other company, we definitely got scammed. But to say the least for any dryer vent cleaning we will continue to trust and recommend Chris .
