Lion’s Painting did an amazing job bringing my vision to life. Jose was incredibly helpful in guiding me with color selection and was always responsive to my questions. The team was very detailed, professional, and didn’t leave until the job was fully completed. Throughout the process, Jose stopped by several times to inspect the work and ensure everything was done right. I will definitely be recommending Lion’s Painting to others.

I hired Lion Painting, LLC for an exterior pressure washing service for cleaning purposes only, not for paint preparation or refinishing. After the work was completed, I discovered that the finish had been removed from my stained wood doors and awnings, and damage that was not present prior to the service. The invoice neither authorized nor disclosed pressure washing of finished or stained wood surfaces, nor did it include any warning about the risk of damage. When I raised the issue, responsibility was disputed. Shortly thereafter, I was provided with an estimate to sand, restain, and refinish the same wood surfaces, rather than have the matter addressed through insurance. I am pursuing a resolution through appropriate channels. Based on my experience, I think it's best that homeowners
