If you are going to give a "window" of time in which your techs will show up then give an accurate one. Especially when people are paying superintendents to wait and if they are going to be late let them know. Also don't be condescending and tell the customer that the "window" is only implied and that it is not your problem if it runs over. I am not a normal customer and am in the construction and design field so to imply that it is part of the game is not accurate. I will go with another company.

Lion Plumbing has excellent customer service! I had a drainage issue in my bathroom so I called Lion Plumbing to get the problem fixed. The office answered the call very promptly and professionally and I had a plumber in my house within 24 hours. The plumber was very knowledgeable, respectful and helpful! I would highly recommend Lion Plumbing for any plumbing issues! Definitely a 5 out of 5 service!
