Catherine , Mike and Tristen worked hard to get me a quality carrier, AC and furnace. I got a lot of estimates and they worked the best with me as real professionals. We are extremely happy with the service provided by Lions. My daughter's 20+ year old HVAC system was failing and within 24 hours, Lions was installing a new gas furnace and new electric central AC. We had three companies visit the house and provide quotes. With the house hovering around 50 degrees with outside temps in the 30's, replacement was urgent. We first had the company with whom we had a maintenance contract visit. They did not do a load assessment and provided an outrageous quote based on an oversized unit. Despite being anxious, we decided to get two more quotes. Fortunately, Lions and one other company were willing to come to the house the same day. Excellent customer service! I have a home warranty on my furnace. We were not able to access this contract for five days ( NO heat) I called Lions and they were here within hours. Cannot say enough about their professionalism or the quality of their work. Sometimes you get what you pay for! Highly recommend and will definitely be using them in the future
