Part didn’t arrive until late Saturday evening. He still came out that night to ensure I had heat as soon as possible!! Very reasonable price as well!

Straightforward maintenance, honest recommendations, reasonable pricing, and good communication. Woke up to a wife saying the house was getting hot. Sure enough during the night the temperature had risen to 79 degrees. Opened the door and unit outside was not running. Checked a few AC places nearby and Thursday was best response time (today is Monday). Then I called Lippard and said he could arrive in an hour or so. They checked warranty records and ensured my out of pocket was minimal. Its 0830AM and house is down to 75 already. Oh, I forgot to tell you what was broken. As soon as the side panel was removed he noticed the capacitor was swollen and said here is the problem. Then he pulled out a cooked mouse the 7 farm cats had chased into the unit. Mr. Erle was a Christmas Miracle! After calling 5+ companies to try to get someone out to look at our heating system, I stumbled upon Erle’s contact information. He was so nice and knowledgeable and came to our rescue on Christmas Day! He repaired our heating system AND assisted with a pipe issue as well! His prices are fair and he explains everything in detail. Erle will now be my “go to“ person from now on. He is trustworthy, reasonable, and very experienced! Thank you again, Erle!!!

Erle Lippard is extremely knowledgeable and professional! He has been taking care of my mother's HVAC system for over a decade. On my house, I went the cheap route with a handyman and had to have constant repairs before I called Lippard Heating and Air. He is patient and explains everything.
