LiteWorks Windows and Doors one of the worst companies I’ve ever dealt with. Our experience with LiteWorks has been an absolute disaster from start to finish. We purchased windows from them over a year ago, and what should have been a straightforward process has turned into a never-ending nightmare. Their customer service is beyond terrible—trying to get any sort of meaningful communication from them is like pulling teeth. When they do finally respond, it’s either too late, completely unhelpful, or both. The windows themselves are a huge disappointment. Very responsive! Steve and Matt were able to help us with some doors that were installed by another company. Fixed the problem right away. I highly recommend.

I see how many terrible reviews there are so I’ll help you out with a 5. By the way, the far left lane on highways is the passing lane. You are required by law to move over for faster traffic. It’s called the passing lane, not the box truck texting and driving lane.

I contacted Liteworks for specialty window replacement on April 2022. Karen Brown got back to me; met me at the project; measured windows; and ordered windows for delivery. One of the windows was broken upon arrival, and one of the windows came in the wrong format for replacement. She said she would correct it and get a resolution. It’s several months of countless unreturned phone calls and ignored emails. Haven’t heard back in weeks. Completely unprofessional company. This is how they deal with projects that go wrong. Will be filing claim with the BBB and finding alternative solution as they offered silence.
