I called in a semi panic 😳 state because I was told by a major company, "do not turn on your heat because your unit is inoperable!" I called Litsey and they came out the next business day, checked the unit, showed me the area of concern and told me everything checked out fine. I would recommend Litsey for all things heating and cooling! Never under estimate the greater service of smaller companies. Litsey continues to provide me major services since 2017!

Litsey was super easy to work with! They let you text in which was really helpful when trying to schedule and work at the same time. But even better, they showed up same day, figured out what they needed, and had me up and running the next afternoon. I’ll definitely be using them again.

Litsey's technicians are always very professional and thorough. Our heating went out, they came the next day cleaned the heat pump coils and reset the thermostat. They keep up to date on the equipment and knew what needed to be done. Highly recommend
