Little Man Parking

We visited this parking garage on Sunday, 2/1/2026 around 2:00 PM. We admittedly missed the sign instructing drivers to stop, which was our mistake. However, the parking attendant responded in a very unprofessional and hostile manner. After telling us to back up in a harsh tone, he repeatedly pointed at the sign and said, "Look at the sign," even after we apologized. When we addressed his behavior and expressed that his tone was unnecessary, the situation escalated. He refused to provide us with service and declined our request to speak with a manager, stating that he was the manager. He then threatened to call the police. Don’t be tempted to park here due to its location. You will be scammed, robbed and left exhausted. They charged me $10 extra to take my car out but could not explain what the $10 fee was. The man just insisted “it is in the system”. Never mind that they make you pay in full up front including the oversized SUV charge of $15. In fact, I had paid for 50 hours but came back after 20 to leave with the car due to change in plans and was told I still had to pay an extra $10. The booking was made online, they were satisfied with the reservation and payment at the time we parked but suddenly they needed $10 to get the car out. Recently used this parking garage. Pricing is dependent on the attendants mood. We’ve used this garage very frequently but recently the quality and service is not acceptable for the price. I would highly recommend using one of the another garages in the area. The attendant told us the pricing was $40 when we entered, there are signs saying there is a flat $35 fee. We were charged $45 when we came back because the attendant told us he said $45 and not $40. Pretty ridiculous. Additionally, we were told that the garage closes at 5PM but all the signs show 7PM for Sunday. Highly recommend to avoid this garage.

I drive a Subaru crosstreck hatchback (not an oversized vehicle or an SUV) and he said my car was going to be charged as SUV. I said I monthly park in Manhattan and know it’s not categorized as an oversized vehicle and asked him to see his suv/oversized list. I saw it on his desk and asked to see it. He said it was outdated and it would still be charged an SUV. I asked for my keys and drove out.

MARK IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. VERY DISAPPOINTED PARKING GARAGE IN THE CITY OF HOBOKEN. Do yourselves a favor and do not park here. We were in the area for my friends 30th birthday. We parked there and Mark was our assistant. When we parked at 11:55AM - he stated that he closed at 5pm. When we went to the garage at 4pm - he was still welcoming other guests cars to park there. Mind you, my friends and I were given separate parking charges based on when we got there and the cars we owned. While all of us have an SUV. THERE WAS $5-$10 difference between the same SUV sizes and “he said he didn’t care”. Do not park here!!!!! NEVER RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE!
