I found Thomas through Alexe Ford who designed and built out my new home. I found Little Bird to do excellent work, Thomas did everything he said he would on time, without any changes to the quote and with excellence. He is polite, full of ideas and recommendations and really easy to work with. My cabinets were hand built exactly to my specifications with no workarounds. I had a small problem with a floating shelf that was fixed immediately I would recommend Little Bird to anyone looking for a kitchen to enjoy for years. Because I was so pleased with the work, I asked Thomas if he could replace the cabinet doors in my other home and he also did these. I only had the doors replaced but it looks like a new kitchen with a perfect fit on every door.

Absolutely fantastic quality cabinetry and bookshelves! We are so pleased with not only the woodwork itself, but also the stellar customer service provided. Thomas has been tremendously responsive to our requests even one year after the installation, assisting us with optimizing the workspaces in our kitchen, reading room, and shop areas as well as helping us to repair some existing damage to some finishes with old existing cabinetry. Additionally, when I accidentally knocked a shop drawer with a chair and broke the drawer box’s attachment to the front face, he replaced the box and installed it free of charge. We feel tremendously fortunate to have ended up in his good hands.

Thomas was a breath of fresh air to work with throughout the entire process. From design to implementation, his attention to detail really brought our bathroom, laundry room, and great room to a level of beauty we couldn't have imagined. Every piece was crafted beautifully, from the curved walnut lowers on the daybed to a 12-ft custom walnut ladder for the library space. We can't wait until we have more projects to engage with him on!
