I had a great experience with Live Oak... from the first inspection through installation. Zach was a great point of contact and did a great job keeping me up-to-date and coordinating with my insurance company. And Blayne was amazing during my installation. I was out of town when my roof went on, and he kept in touch with me throughout the day. Both class acts. Professional and courteous. Highest recommendation.

We had an exceptional experience with Live Oaks getting our roof replaced. After our insurance company denied our initial claim with another contractor, who took a frustrating take-it-or-leave-it approach, I reached out to Scott at Live Oaks. Scott, together with Taylor, expertly guided us through the entire process, and we successfully secured insurance approval for the replacement. Throughout the project, communication was outstanding. I was kept informed every step of the way, and the installation day went seamlessly. Blayne, our project manager, was very helpful and kept me in the loop from start to finish. Overall, this was a very pleasant experience, and I highly recommend Live Oaks for their professionalism and customer service.

We had an incredible experience with Live Oak! Seth did an amazing job with the inspection and explaining our options and how everything would work with our roof installation. He made everything super easy. Blayne made everything everything went smoothly on the day of installation. I wasn’t home when the roof was installed and Blayne made sure to call and send and pictures with updates throughout the day. The crew did an amazing job with the roof installation and did a great job cleaning everything up when they were done. They were also very fast and efficient with it only taking about 5 hours from start to finish (taking off our old roof and installing the new one). Overall, I was impressed with Live Oak and enjoyed working with Seth and Blayne.

Scott was puctual, professional, knowledgeable, and very responsive. He laid the process out step by step and answered all our questions with integrity and honesty. Our day of Project Manager Blayne Taylor did an excellent job keeping us informed of every step in progress. The crew was awesome, incredibly efficient and respectful of our property. The job was finished in a day and looks amazing. The cleanup effort was spotless as well. We would highly recommend Love Oak Exteriors, Scott, and Blayne to anyone with roofing needs!

Huge shoutout to Garrett at Live Oak Roofing and Exterior! He made getting a new roof a total breeze. He was super responsive, answered all of our questions, and the final roof looks fantastic. The team was fast, professional, and left the yard spotless. 10/10 would recommend!
