This place has unbeatable prices and the service is excellent.The guy (wish I got his name) took my tile into 3 different areas to test it in different lighting. He was so patient. They have a beautiful selection of tile!!! I would recommend Livin Floors to anyone who needs new floors. I just wish I had found them sooner!!!!!

Great place to shop! They have nice selection of porcelain tiles right in their store/ warehouse you don't have to wait for shipment. We bought tiles from them but they also have lvps selection. It definitely helps to see a larger sample for the tiles especially to get better picture of our bathroom remodel.

That's a family business. Ian came out inspected the house took measurements they installed the floor 3 days later. they were very communicative nice people to work with the workers asked me if I needed anything to be moved while they were here. everything was fairly clean and did the job quick also a decent price. Thanks living floors for getting the job done and coming out as quick as you did.
