We lost our cleaning service after 3 years due to retirement. I saw Living Spotless billboard on Columbia road and thought I would give them a call. Let’s just say after 2 weeks and 6 messages left we have not heard a peep out of them. Bottom line is if you want my money for a long term it does require some effort on your part to at least return a phone call. Looks like we will still be looking for a dependable company for our house cleaning and this ain’t it.

You will not be a valued client you will be expected to change constantly, confirm via text at all hours of the evening and spoken to with disrespect and blamed when the team doesn’t show up. And now the latest completely ghosted. Don’t count on them to arrive when they say they will because they may or may not. After they were supposed to arrive at my house for a cleaning I was understanding and rescheduled at their request the owner was extremely aggressive that “she had called.” Well at 3pm when she still wasn’t at my home I had no idea she had called which is why I reached out. The level of aggression she displayed that I was at fault was not that of someone who values their clients. They are however extremely good at cleaning homes. I would highly recommend Living Spotless for any home, house or apartment. The owner and staff are very professional and overall very nice individuals. They helped my house feel like a home again with their detailed work and willingness to fix any mistakes. I will most definitely be using their services again. Thanks so much Jessica!

Jessica and her team did an incredible job on my apartment every time they came by (and believe me, the first time, it was reaaaally bad). Fair pricing and on time/on schedule every week. Would recommend to everyone, big house or small apartment!

Booking an appointment and friendliness of owner and her willingness to work with us was positive. We had some areas left half cleaned. In trying to fix the issue the owner waited two weeks to return our call after we sent emails, photos of the problem, left messages. Definitely not the response we expected based on our initial meeting. Unprofessional. Poor job.
