Living water cleaning service

After 5-hrs the vacant 1884 building, 2 1/2 bdrm apartment (1000 sq ft), was NOT Move out/in clean by a “professional” named “Helen”. The former tenants did a very decent job of cleaning when they left and an attempt was made by the “professional” (only 1-person) to pass on some of that cleaning as theirs. Did a look-over the apartment and pointed out missed areas. The “professional” said that my kind of “clean” was “unusual”. Stayed another hour (and I HELPED clean b/c I had an event that evening). After paying $475, “Helen” wanted an additional $100 b/c she stayed another hour to clean the places she missed. Helen and her employees did a fabulous job on my dad’s apartment. He has two cats and his leg has been bothering him so unfortunately his apartment was a bit of a mess. Thankfully Helen came over to look at his apartment to give us a quote for a deep cleaning. My dad loved their work and is getting on the schedule for maintenance cleanings! We cannot thank Helen and her crew enough for their hard work and professionalism. Thank you so much!

Helen was pleasant and punctual. She did a great job at a fair rate. Even stayed longer to ensure the job was done right WITHOUT charging extra. Sent photos and videos of her work. Will recommend to friends and family for sure.

I liked everything about my experience working with living water cleaning service. I needed a move-in cleaning, but it could only be scheduled, based on the limitations of my schedule, after the tenants had moved in. I really appreciated how responsive the cleaner was in listening to my concerns and working effectively around the new tenants belongings. Despite those hurdles, she did a great job of giving the apartment the shine it needed. And she kept me informed at every stage.

Helen did an excellent job at my home. I had her deep clean all the floors, blinds, and baseboards. I have already hired her to do another job for me. She is very professional.
