Second time that we have brought this locksmith to our house. They installed multiple dead bolts and door handles as well as fixed a door that was not working. John was on time, friendly, and very informative. I will only use this locksmith because they’re always so reliable and they carry good products.

I ordered a key and remote for an older vehicle. Two weeks passed, no call from anyone. I called them to find out when the order would be fulfilled and to schedule programming of the key. I had to schedule a week out to have it programmed. I show for the appointment and they still didn't have what was needed😡. To include they had the wrong remote for the car😮‍💨. Caleb apologized profusely and said that I will receive a discount for the major inconvenience. (Discount?? I have to get a call first.) I asked him and the other gentleman there to contact me when the key is there and to schedule programming of the same. That's been three weeks now and still nothing from them not one word. Brought my Schlage key in to get it duplicated. I had tried to use Home Depot and a another Kiosk and both copies failed to work. LKE Locksmith took care of it very quickly and at a very good price! Staff was very friendly, too! Keys work great!
