We ran into a very tough situation as new homeowners. With the Arctic blast we experienced in New England this year we were aware of an ice dam that grew in the gutter on the backside of the house that gets very little direct sun. My wife strongly advised that I not climb on the roof to clear it. Married men will understand what I mean about "strongly advised"! We had a GFCI switch trip in our main bathroom that is up stream from the circuit that runs to the master bathroom. I replaced the GFCI but it tripped again immediately. I hired the services of LizMar construction to shovel snow off of my roof. The professionalism, fast service and how they cleaned up by shoveling the snow off my driveway and deck when finished were very much appreciated. We hired LizMar to replace our roof. They were very professional and provided a detailed contract. German explained everything about the types of shingles that were available along with the warrantees. He answered all of our questions and covered every possible aspect of replacing the roof. We had to replace five skylights. He was highly recommended by a friend, and we are grateful to him and his staff.
