LJ flooring came in the save the day after another flooring company quit our job! We worked with Joel and we HIGHLY recommend him!! They were 1. Able to start ASAP 2. We miscounted the floor vents and at the last minute they were able to add one more floor vent in for us! Joel was able to get the installer in at the very last minute. 3. The floors look phenomenal! We haven't lived in the house yet, but just from looking at the floors I am super impressed!

Joel personally took the time to help me choose the floor with the best options for the budget, he was very responsive to phone calls and emails and stayed on top of the job from start to finish. The installers were punctual and professional and when something needed to be adjusted or corrected to the satisfactions of the homeowners, they responded with a positive attitude and made any corrections if needed. Great company and personnel to work with. Highly recommend it.

Working with Joel & LJ Flooring was an extreme pleasure! Joel is very thoughtful and knowledgable, he worked with us every step of the way so we understood exactly what he and his team were doing and why. They also made great recommendations throughout. He's also quick to respond and answer any questions you have. I highly recommend them to anyone needing hardwood installation or sanding and re-finishing.

The young men that were sent to do the installation were wonderfully polite and efficient in their performance of the work. The floor itself looks great. The only complaint I have is the transition piece used between the kitchen and family room seems a little high and I have tripped over it a couple of times. The piece used between the kitchen and the center hallway to the foyer works much better. I know purchase of the transition pieces was a last minute purchase due to a backorder of such items from the supplier of the flooring. Otherwise it was an excellent job all the way around.

They redid the carpet on my stairs and my bedrooms on the second floor on my townhouse. Such a great price!! Absolutely way more beautiful than I could've ever imagined. Such friendly staff who worked quickly and sufficiently. Would highly recommend them to anyone and will definitely be using them again!!!
