LM Liberty Parking, LLC.

$30+ for a day, located in the 33 Hudson St apartment building. They used to validate this for the medical center below but they don't do that anymore. Parking on levels 3-6 (1-2 are reserved). Narrow spots and a lot of electric charging in the lower floors so you have to go up higher. Elevators on one side only so you have stairs or walking the long way if you're not able to take stairs. Watch your doors.

I parked at Liberty Parking garage but unfortunately I lost my ticket. When I came to the garage at 1am in the morning there was a telephone number for customers to call for help I called the number for assistance and a lady answered and said she will be at the garage in 10 mins. We waited for a total of 2 hours and no one came to help us. When we called her back she said the garage was too far from her and she cant get to the garage. Based on what she told me she was les than a mile away With no recourse I was left to find my way home. Whatever you do, do not park at this garage. They provide the absolute worse service. They ware untruthful and lack integrity. If there was a life a death situation in the garage in that moment, it would not have ended well. Consider this rating a minus 1

Good pricing for single day parking and they have EV charging on 3rd floor.

Switched over from SP+ Parking and the pay online feature no longer exists with no plans to add it. Very frustrating.
