LM Madison Parking - Garage

somone broke off a part of my door and i have to slam my door in order for it to close. they refused to take accountability and are very rude, potentially racist. do not park your car here.

be careful when leaving your car at this parking lot: walk around your car with the valet. when you return to pick up your car, check to see if the valet has done any damage to your car. For my part, when the valet gave me back my keys, he did not tell me that he had damaged the bumper and the rear light of my car. more than 1500$ of damage, and it is me who pays :-(

This parking place is the worst! The parking tenant, who said his name was Mark, gave us one price ($40) and then changed it up to $45 because we had a bigger SUV!! That made no sense! Also, he told us we need to be back by 5pm because that’s the time he closed, but to find out, he closes at 7pm. He was such a liar and basically stole money from all of us. I wonder how long he has been doing this for and how much money he has stolen.

Very rude receptionist.. We booked it through spot hero. Arriving few mins early, he was rudely talked about charging for 15$ extra. When we said we will wait for free mins and come back here it was like he can't allow that and he would cancel the reservation.. And he kept asking about the exact arrival time . Very impolite way to handle any customers..

They need to work on their customer service. It's ok if I do not know the exact minute I am returning. It's not my fault that you forgot to give me the claim check.
