Roc at L&M Paving was great to work with. We hired them pre COVID and with all the difficulties we all face. Roc and his team followed through on each and every promise made. We are not only extremely happy with the quality of work but also their integrity. In addition Roc just so happened to be the lowest of the 4 quotes I received. Would recommend to friends & family.

Unfortunately never got my driveway paved i called them in end of may to get an estimate, rocco came out gave me a price and wrote up a contract, told me 2-3 weeks depending on the weather , i dropped off a signed contract and check to their office on june 9th, i told them it was not a rush job but would like to know rough idea on when i could expect to see them , numerous calls back and forth , they came and marked it then disappeared for weeks on end , finally had enough august 22nd i went and got my check back , im not sure if they do better with commercial jobs or what, but this was a giant waste of my time , like i said i wasn’t in a rush looking only for a rough window of time as to when , 3 1/2 months is a long time to wait for an answer, if you want your driveway paved sometime in

L&M Paving did a great job with our driveway, widening the turning radius, repaving a portion of the parking lot and filling cracks and repairing the driveway and parking lot of our condominium complex. They were very competitive, extremely reliable and completed the job in a timely manner. All the employees that we came in contact with were professional and competent. I would highly recommend them. Due to weather they will be back in the spring to seal the entire driveway and parking lot.

If you are looking for good quality work and a fair price, definitely use these guys. I did some research and these guys use only good quality asphalt mix and a paving system that most of the others cheap out and don’t use. The owner has 40 years experience and still works with the crew to ensue the job is done right! They even surprised me and did a little extra custom work without extra cost because owner thought it looked better. Who does that in this day and age? Recommended to my other family members. Definitely would use again!

We needed some fast work done in order to satisfy an insurance inspection. John and his crew were on top of it! They came out and did a wonderful job and got things done within the insurance company's timeframe. Thanks for the great work!
