LMS Garage Doors

My garage door got crushed in by a drunk driver. I called LMS on a Sunday and they were here the next morning to measure and Thursday to install. Everything went smoothly. They're excellent at communication, stellar customer service, extremely knowledgeable, reliable, friendly, and helpful. I cannot say enough great things about them. Highly recommended! 2nd review: My garage door came off track twice since having it installed and both were after the 90 day warranty. It was happening randomly and I was concerned that it would cost me more money out of pocket. I worked with Precision doors before and I asked them to give me a quote. They told me that I had to replace the door and pay $3.4k. LMS came to the house within the hour, they told me that I should just replace one of the hinges and the door will last for a while. They worked on the door for 10 minutes and I paid $134. It was only after we filed a complaint that, two weeks later, you sent someone to negotiate with us. However, you did not provide an itemized breakdown of the materials. I completely disagree with your statement—your excessively high price appears to be arbitrarily set by your company.
