Huge thanks to LoadRunners Junk Removal and Hauling — they did an awesome job! They tackled a big load of heavy carpets, furniture, and other junk and worked super hard the whole time. Honest, fast, and really dependable. I’m so grateful for their help — everything looks great now. Highly recommend!

They removed an old, very large and heavy sofa for me—got it out the front door like a miracle. Very lovely, personable workers, communicative and right on time. Fair price and stuck to their estimate even though the sofa was much heavier than they thought it would be. Would hire again in a heartbeat—highly recommend!

Absolutely wonderful service! Great communication, flexible scheduling, reasonable pricing, absolutely zero complaints. They came and quickly hauled away the furniture we requested, disassembled larger pieces as needed, and were very careful to not damage the floors, walls, and paintings in their path. They were very kind and considerate, cleared their own path and put back everything before leaving. I would absolutely recommend them to others and would hire them again in the future!

After experiencing some pretty shattering trauma, I found myself collecting things without thought, and burying myself alive in junk. As I sunk deeper into depression, I also sunk deeper into a living condition that no one should have to bear. I knew I needed to change things, but the overwhelm I felt at the thought of trying to remedy a situation that had taken years to create was only slightly less crippling than the shame I felt at letting myself get there. It was a lonely and desperate feeling, as I was too ashamed to ask friends and family for help, and I didn't know what to do. Out of sheer desperation I finally found myself calling LoadRunners for help. It was a very difficult call to make, and I had to make myself dial the phone. But what a fantastic choice that turned out to be! N

I just have to give a shout out to LoadRunners Junk Removal and Hauling. Sarah and her husband are fantastic. Very communicative and on time. I needed to haul some things from my house to a storage unit. They were very prompt. They are both able to do heavy lifting. Took no time at all. Highly recommend!!!
