LoadUp Junk Removal

Scheduled service and half way through my appointment time, they let me know they could not find anyone for the job. This should have been known much earlier. If I cancelled, I would lose 50% of what I paid. They suggested I wait another 8 hours “in case” they could find someone. If they can’t make it during scheduled time, a full refund should be offered. Their solution was coming 3 days later, which we could not do.

Friendly, fast and easy!! Took 125 gallon aquarium and stand away in no time! Also offered to come a day earlier than our appointment and we gladly accepted! Would absolutely hire again LoadUp Las Vegas team ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
