The company was timely, they said they would be here at 9am, ding dong!, they were here at 9am on the dot. The workers came in, got the couch, and just like that, they were gone. We have a new couch being delivered today, this took a load off my mind trying to get rid of our old couch in a timely fashion and the price was fair also, I'm so grateful.This was all on a one day turn around. Very efficient, loved it, thank you so much Load Up.
