Lobo lawn care

Dakota and the Lobo Lawn Care team reallly saved my bacon. I travel a lot for work and I needed someone to keep the grass cut. Lobo handled my 2+ acres with ease.

Sadly I am not having a good experience with Lobo. We started out good as the owner responded promptly, we agreed on a weekly service and I prepaid for the month as well as paying for one day of cutting up and removing downed trees on our property. He and his partner did a great job mowing and I was very pleased! The job of the tree removal- not so good and I think he changed his mind about doing the job. So I asked if he would apply that money to lawn care- he agreed. He doesn’t show up for the weekly service, I text him the following week to ask for him to mow. I asked if we could go to 2 weeks since that is what seemed to be happening and he insisted on weekly yet I’m not getting my yard mowed and this week he is not responding to my texts. I requested a quote on a Sunday to have my mom's lawn taken care of for the season. The owner responded within 5 minutes. He agreed to meet me within the hour to look over the property and provide a cost for the year. We agreed to the price, and the crew began trimming and mowing within a few minutes. While walking the property they mentioned other services that they offered. While we did not need them for my mom's place. We did get the lawn rolling and aeration performed at our property the next day. I would highly recommend Lobo Lawn Care for their prompt response, professional service and affordable prices.

My mother so kindly hired Dakota with Lobo lawn care to help her mother and grandmother. My great grandmother is 100 years old and my grandma is her caretaker. You were hired to help so that my grandma did not have to worry about another task. You haven’t been there to mow in more than 5+ weeks. You claim it’s because the roads are too bad and you broke a spring in your truck. Sounds like a really pathetic excuse. If you couldn’t handle the task then you shouldn’t have taken the job, but robbing from a 100 year old women… I don’t have anything good to say about this business or the person that Dakota is. If you want your lawn mowed seek a different more professional “business.”

Lobo was hired to mow my mother's yard. He did not show up the majority of the time. When he did he left a mess or damaged property. He was given many chances to make this right. He told my mom his workers were suppose to mow but never showed up so he fired them. Looks like from the other reviews he told people that his truck broke down and other various excuses. We needed to travel to her house to either mow her lawn or fix the mess Lobo left.
