Local Ace

Went in on a wild goose chase for some items to help restore our boat. One of the employees, young man, didn't get his name but he came right up to me and offered to help. I showed him my list and he walked me through the store to find every item. He even spent time helping me learn and read about the products and making sure I had the tools to be able to use the products. Saving me mutilple trips and a headache! He then carried all my items up front for me. Literally like a personal guide/shopper. I wish I got his name but he was fantastic! You are appreciated by your customers! Thank you Ace for the amazing customer service!

The 2 Ace hardware stores are owned by different people and the stores are different. Both are good Ace stores

Stopped in to check on a key shell for my vehicle. I had forgotten my wallet so the employee told me to call back and order it Sunday to get it Tuesday. I call Sunday at 3. I was told it was too late to get it Tuesday…then there was an awkward silence and I was not offered to still talk to anyone to order it. I tried the following week. The employee was completely fixated on who I talked to previously(I did not remember). I advised the employee I just wanted to order this key shell. I didn’t need to talk to anyone specifically. He didn’t seem to listen whatsoever and after 4 minutes of trying to convince him to either help me or find someone who would I hung up and will buy the damn thing elsewhere.

My favorite hardware store! Everyone is always so nice and helpful! I’ve had nothing but above and beyond customer service at this store! Appreciate you all! Thank you! ❤️🙏❤️

This ACE Hardware is located in East Grand Forks. It's ina small area with a DMV office inside. The people are friendly and knowledgeable. They know their stuff!
