I recently had the pleasure of working with Carlos and his crew from Local Air & Heat, and I can't recommend him highly enough! He came to fix our AC and quickly discovered that our upstairs unit didn't have the proper size filter, which was affecting the cooling efficiency. Carlos went above and beyond by raising the air conditioning unit to accommodate a new, larger filter. The difference has been incredible! Our upstairs is now super cold, even during the extremely hot summer days. Additionally, he serviced both of our air-conditioning units, ensuring everything was running smoothly. Local Air and Heat really went above and beyond to help me out! My AC stopped working in the middle of the night and needed emergency service. Even though the website said it closes at 8PM, I left a voicemail and they called me back almost immediately. Carlos was at my apartment in less than an hour. Turns out my AC drain was clogged due to lack of maintenance. Carlos tuned up my entire AC unit and it started right up and is even blowing colder than before! I signed up for their maintenance plan, it covers two tune ups a year, filter changes every three months, discounted service calls and emergency services as well, totally WORTH IT! I highly recommend Carlos for all of your HVAC needs!
