This establishment is trustworthy and reliable. They swiftly created a new key for our Schlage deadbolt at a fair price. They have a physical storefront where customers can visit, along with service vans for on-the-go assistance. We contacted several other places seeking help before we found this business. There are no call screeners here, and they do not offer overpriced locksmith services. Their service is fair, quick, and courteous. I 100% recommend them for any lock-related services. I've used these guys for a couple of different things (key copies, getting into a safe I lost the keys for) and they are always helpful and knowledgeable.

DON'T EVEN TRY. DON'T WASTING YOUR TIME & MONEY! THEY DON'T KNOW WHAT THEY DOING. THEY ARE NOTHING BUT CROOK. 2017 LEXUS RX KEY FAB REPROGRAMMING & CUT THE KEY. THE REPROGRAMMING IS PERFECTLY WORK IN 30 MINUTES BUT CUT THE KEY IS PROBLEM, THE OWNER CUT MY KEY 5 TIMES BUT FAIL,SO HE ASK ME TO COME BACK AFTER HE ORDER NEW KEY. 5 DAY AFTER HE CALLED ME TO REPLACE NEW KEY,BUT WHEN I GET THE LOCK DOCTOR STORE, THEY TOLL ME THAT THEY CAN'T COPY MY CAR KEY BECAUSE OF THEIR MACHINE CAN'T COPY MY CAR KEY. SO HE OFFER ME $10 REFUND. WELL, REPROGRAM THE KEY FAB AND COPY THE KEY COST $150. AS A PACKAGE PRICE.BUT THEY CAN'T COPY THE KEY SO THEY ONLY REFUND $10? AND I HAVE TO TRAVEL 2 TIMES, BECAUSE OF THEIR UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE? IF THEY DON'T KNOW HOW TO COPY THE CAR KEY,THEY DON'T HAVE TO START IT
