Had a “service” done to try and unclog a pretty major clog in my trailer. Employees were informed ahead of time that there was a clog under the trailer and they proceeded to bring a large machine to snake out the clog. The machine wouldn’t fit under the trailer where the clog was And they tried to go in through a different route, something we told them probably wouldn’t work considering previous attempts at tackling the issue. They attempted anyway and got caught up on difficult plumbing. Despite having ZERO results with unclogging the pipe, we were still charged the full amount and were told this amount was because they used the machine that was entirely ineffective. After some fuss, we negotiated on getting some money back since our problems weren’t addressed. It’s been almost 2 weeks an

Very prompt and courteous service. Showed up when they said they would, kept me informed of all the work they were doing, fast and thorough. I'll be using them for all my plumbing work from now on.

Great group of guys! Do a good job. I've been doing this stuff a long time and I love the work that they do. We can call them in for bathrooms, heater installs, gas leaks, refrigeration issues, seasonal start ups and they even went to my grandfathers and put a new well pump in and got him running right away! I know that it's done right and nice the first time. Unlike other places that aren't straight shooters.

Got charged full minimum even though nothing was fixed. Was told I wouldn’t be charged until I received a phone call from the boss but I was immediately charged after they left, so I was lied to by the workers. Very unclear communication and a rip off. Then received a call after posting this review saying they would pay half of the cost back to me if I take this review down, it’s been a week and I still haven’t seen that money. Seems like the owner likes to play games.

The company just finished a whole house A/C System. The job was a little unique to fit the system into an existing home. The management and owners attention to detail in the quoting process made it an easy choice over the competition. Once the installation began, we knew we made the right choice. The technicians presented themselves professionally and courteously. They cleaned up each area as they worked leaving no residue behind. The install was also performed on budget. I would recommend their services to anyone. As a side note, as the temperatures have cooled, we have not been able to see the performance of the system. Will post another review when we have used the system. Addition: 90 degrees out/73 degrees in. System working perfect to date.
