Locke Supply Co - #168 - Plumbing Supply

Every time I enetr just this specifiic plumbing supply I want to throw up, because of that one one sales woman and her nasty attitute. This is the reason for the past 5 years I vebeen there only twice. Two weeks ago I bought a gas gauge for $60. It was used twice and two days ago when I was disconecting it the arrow stayed at 3 psi. I went to exchange it and that woman immediately said - "NO, I cant resell that"! How are you gonna resell it when it is defective????? Yes it had a few scratches , it was stainless teel it it was used only twice in two weeks, but I am plumbing company owner, not a surgeon, of course it will have scratches if it was used. Extermely poor service, specifically from that woman. Never had any issue with anbody else it that same store before. n top of that 3 years a

Excellent customer service. Knowledgeable staff. Very clean and organized. They know their stuff... You can ask anything able plumbing and they know. They sell professional grade items.... Much better than other places that sell low grade plastic components.

Great place for contractors as well as homeowners you can find a lot of things here, just not a lot on display, but great store. Lots of help too.

Today 1/23 when into the store to buy an air filter for my HVAC. There was a nice young lady there to assist me with my purchase. She looked up my phone number and verified which filter i needed. Things had been changed around and she could see I had questions. She was so nice and kind especially since it was early in the morning. I for one greatly appreciated her assistance and kindness today.

These guys are awesome. I had a main water line break and it was an unusual setup due to a water softener that needed an expert to determine what is needed to fix it. The Locke Supply team worked with me to find the right parts and gave me guidance on what to do...worked like a charm, and for $45 instead of likely a $500 plumbing bill. Thanks!
