Locke Supply Co - #18 - Plumbing Supply

This place is a joke. Why do I have to pqy at 3 separate counters? Try to ask for help and get treated like I'm stupid. Luckily a local plumber was in there shopping. Shout out to Tucker plumbing. Way more help than the so-called "experts" If you have the opportunity to go somewhere else, pick that place instead. If there was a zero star rating, they would get it.

Walked in and asked if they sold heat and air package units and the first words from the clerk were "we don't sell them to the public". He had no idea I'd I have a business or certification or not. Didn't ask any other questions or even offer a price range for them. He made it clear I was wasting his precious time and my business was NOT wanted so I left. Probably won't be going back there again, I go to Wichita frequently enough I can do my shopping there.

Worst experience ever! I literally felt like I wasn’t supposed to be in there. Never remembered me anytime I went in there. Prices were higher than the competition the guys were just rude. Tried to set up a cash account to get and said that it would take 2 weeks and I wouldn’t receive a discount that day no matter how much I spent. All around bad experience. Johnstone and Elliot electric wanted our business we really recommend both of those companies.

Worst hardware store i have to go into. Terrible employee attitude. They hate that people come into their store. They are rude. They dont say please thank you or have a nice day after you say them. They just say nothing. They wouldnt return a product be cause they didnt have any money??! Two days in a row.. wouldnt give me store credit or get a manager. It was only 72$ product. Highly unprofessional. Can not stand going here.
