Good people for the most part. They will help you with prices. Other than that one person who has bad days locked is pretty darn good there quality people selling quality products

We had a house fire a few months ago. Our project manager said we would have to replace the garage lights, because the fire didn't destroy them. So I bought two lights from Locke. They ended up not using them, because they bought some. Locke returned my money even though it had been a little while since I purchased them. Thank you again. I really appreciate it.

I have started going to this location verses the big box store because they have helped on several issues. They have more knowledge than the big box. I saw a couple of postings that shared that they found this branch not very helpful. I just haven't found that to be true.

I’ve been in this store at least 3 times in the last 6 months for various reasons only I come back out feeling so stupid!! These guys in BA don’t help at all!! Maybe if i was a contractor or some specialist but as an average joe you better know exactly what you want!! As one of thier employees told me yesterday they are not technicians!

Worst customer service of any of the Locke Supply’s that I have been to. Staff was less than helpful. I didn’t want to help myself so I’ll just go somewhere else.
