I just really want to know why it seems like you guys in this location always seem like you're so angry. Not only do you act like you're angry you act like you want to throw hands sometimes. Seeing how you're open to the public some people feel like they're bothering you or you might make them feel stupid when they're trying to DIY their own stuff. I come in here often because I work for a company and you treat all of us the same way. It's kind of like you don't appreciate us coming and shopping at your location like maybe you don't really need this job. But when I send my relatives in here to get parts for me and you treat them as bad as you do I think you and I might have a problem. I'm a DIY guy. Found a tool behind their counter i needed. Bought some 1" elbows. The cutter that I bought only cuts 1 1/4". Didn't find this out until I got home. Shouldn't the front counter representative recognize this for the customer? Yes. Is it my mistake? Yes. Should have it been corrected before transaction? Yes

I went in today in hopes of finding an adapter to use for my gas line running to my stove. Upon entering the store I see Roger. He doesn't acknowledge me and takes his time walking to the register. Right off the bat I could tell he was in a mood. I begin to explain my issue and Roger starts asking questions in the most rude and aggressive way. He embarrassed me and made me feel stupid. I tried being polite and did the best I could to explain my problem but I was just met with such a nasty tone. I finally just said thank you for your time and left. He had no issue with me leaving. Before I exited the building I thought I would try someone else. I found Bruce. Bruce was nice and took time to hear me out. I didn't have my issue solved but at least I talked to someone more kind. I understand why the other reviewer gave you one star. You’re lucky you have some plumbing businesses that rely on your store because if you had to stay open with your customer service skills, you’d be out of business. Our first and only experience with this location was one of the most memorable bad experiences we have ever had with a business. Great work.
