Locksmith Burlington MA

0 out of 5 stars. Called them shortly after 5pm on a Monday about a replacement key fob for my Toyota (they’re open 24/7). The woman who answered, sounded completely disinterested and after asking for the model and year, hung up on me. I called back 3 times, every time I heard her pick up and then hung up. As a business person myself, my question is - what kind of customer service is this?? And what kind of business is this?

Highly recommend them! They were extremely fast and professional!! They arrived very quickly and we're very professional and helpful!!! Definitely my go too if need be in the future!!!
