Wow! Couldn’t ask for better service. They called to confirm, was on time, quite personable, and their company van is an office/workshop on wheels. It was super neat inside with countertops, cupboards, and a round stool on wheels to sit on and work. There was even a big box fan set up that was directed at him as he worked in this Florida heat. The van was so organized that it makes their job efficient. I was quite impressed by the company and the service.

The experience was amazing. Someone was to my house in like 15 minutes and he was so kind and professional and addressed all my concerns. He was able to pick the lock fairly quickly but also made sure he assessed other entry points to make sure he was doing the least invasive option. He also went out of his way to make sure I knew tipping was optional and he wasn’t paid on commission which I can’t tell you how refreshing that was when everyone for everything now make you feel like you have to automatically tip minimum of 20%. The price was expensive but I think that about the going rate for an emergency locksmith
