I would not even give them one star and would never recommend this business to anyone! The lady I spoke to was very rude and the company is very unprofessional also Reporting them to the Better Business Bureau

Was charged a $10 higher service call fee than I was told when I called the main number, and service call fee was not applied to the work that was done, as I was also told over the phone. When I checked the lock after the tech left, it required me to pull on the door in order to lock it (to be fair, this may be an issue with my door, but I wasn't having this problem before the lock was replaced). Won't be using this company again.

This is a fake company! They are scamming people. I called this place this morning at 5am, I told them my situation. My car lock broke & I needed it fixed. The man I spoke with on the phone told me they do not fix car locks. He told me that they will replace the whole lock & provide me with a new key for 125$ he told me it was 125 for each cylinder, but my car only has 1 car lock. I gave him the make & model of my car & he said he has someone coming to change the car lock cylinder at 8am. Once the guy got here I see him pull out a blood pressure cuff & try to open my door. I asked him if he was going to change the lock & he said NO! (He barley spoke English) He told me it will be 150 to open my door, not deal with the lock!!!
