From start to finish, this is the best experience I have had with a contractor. We needed to replace knob & tube throughout our entire house, a project which I was dreading. There were many unknowns going in to it as far as the extent of work that would be needed. Tom and his team's communication helped us feel in the loop and at ease. Price was extremely reasonable, but their amazing customer service was what made this the best home repair experience we have ever had.

Loewen electric were pretty quick, fairly priced and did a good job at setting up our EV charger. Would definitely recommend them.

Do not use these people. They come out for bids and never provide a contract or tell you about payment. When they are finished, they will send you a bill with an arbitrary payment (in my case $87.00). They are cheats.
