Chris Loffert (The owner) is one of the most professional and competent electricians in the Pittsburgh Area. I have used Loffert Electric for over 10 years for my rental property's renovation and maintenance needs including but not limited to (wiring connections for washer and dryer, wiring an entire multi-unit family home hallway and installing l time sensors, installing dusk till dawn lights on the exterior, installing electrical connections for the mini-split AC equipment, completing all the electrical wiring for the property where I have raised the ceilings, creating neat cable/tv management solutions in my airbnb, installing multiple ceiling fans, completing electrical wiring for the newly installed walls and ceilings etc.).
