The Loftus team was incredible to work with. They helped us pick a carpet that would work with our growing family and two dogs. They came out to measure and their team installed flawlessly within a few weeks. I shared the colors and style I was looking for over the phone and she brought me several samples that matched my vision. Her team was knowledgeable & friendly. They did a nice job with install and clean up. We will definitely be using them again on further projects.

Jess from Loftus was very difficult to work with. Showed up early and then told me she "left the area" when i called her back 15 min later. Their workman Dave did an absolutely terrible job "installing" and fixing our floors. They were hired by my property management company to address the issues with our subflooring and fix the vinyl flooring that had been cracked due to nails coming up from subfloor. Dave tried to do a patch job on a vinyl floor that clicks together. He decided it would be a good idea to cut and slice parts of the floor panels to make them fit. This didn't work and he left many areas sharp and jagged from cutting it with a saw. We had a wonderful experience with Jess. She was very helpful with the carpet selection for runners for two sets of stairs. The installers were great. We are really happy with how both sets came out! Highly recommend this family owned business!!
