Log & Timber Worx

This was my seventh time working with Dan and his crew at Log and Timberworx and they continued to surpass my expectations. I had Log and Timberworx come and clean and remove tanin stains on the interior of my log home. This is not an easy job to take on as I have square cut machine hewned logs. The entire process was done by hand. They were able to match the color flawlessly. They are punctual, reliable and knowledgeable in all aspects of the job that is before them. A top notch outfit bar none!

LogandTimberWorx was extremely professional from the detailed contract to the finished product. Everyone who worked on our house was friendly and committed to excellence. Our house looks great!

Steve & Cody were great to work with. The crews were very efficient completing the repairs . They kept the site clean everyday . The repairs once completed were done so well you could not tell a repair gad been made

Reached out to this company through their website to stain our log home. They responded the next day asking me to send pictures of my home and fill out an intake form, both of which I did the same day. I got a response saying their sales manager was out of the office, but they would brief her on my project the next day. I never heard from them again, despite following up multiple times. I am shocked that as a potential customer I was ghosted by this company. So I can't comment on their work, but their customer engagement is awful. Luckily, we found another company to use, which was way more responsive.
