I read awesome reviews about Sue before stepping in the door. she really is outstanding and a value to the company. I came in wanting Pergo extreme flooring in caffeine hit. She showed me where it was and at my request show me some others so I made sure my decision felt right. So explained the other fine details to add the quality of the install.I watered the floors scheduled within two weeks and they were beautifully done. We also had stairs carpeted. This was within a week visiting the store. all of the installers were very polite, professional, on time and did a quality job. Patrick and JR installed the Pergo extreme floor so artfully. They vary the panels To bring out the quality in the design. It looks like a magazine cover. They both worked very hard and finish this job in one day. I

Would give negative stars if I could. Run away fast! Floors installed incorrectly at initial install. Called store and manager Steve berated me and told me I needed to let the floors settle. Fine, 6 month later floors snapped. Called Dominic to restart the process for repair and while nice he was ineffective. Took nearly 3 months for them to finally come repair after initial outreach. Store sent same team who rushed again, and now the floors are separating again. Very unprofessional, aggressive (especially to women) and scam! They don’t want to fix when they rush and mess it up!
