$50 for 3 hours insane, not even that much at the beach. Said 50 for 24 hours...gouged

We parked in this garage for a concert at the CFG Arena next door. We reserved a spot ahead of time, so although they were charging $50 for "event parking," we only paid $25. It was very easy to get in and out - just scanned the code on my phone both times. The spots are definitely on the cramped side. But we found a spot with no problem. Would definitely reserve ahead.

Booked event parking for CFG Bank Arena through Parkwhiz. Reservation stated that rate covered up to an hour after event ended. We left before the event even ended and were charged $6 at the exit gate. The machine had technical issues and would not accept multiple valid credit cards. Attendant on call was rude and blamed the parking app (ParkingWhiz) even though the garage is associated with them and the garage is primarily used for events. An attendant was present when entering the garage, but not toward the end of the event when many cars were leaving.

Made the reservation 24 hours in advance. We were able to walk to the stadium in 15 minutes while our vehicle was safely parked. Totally worth the price.

The parking was great and convenient to CFG arena. I checked my bank account the next day and saw an additional charge of $10.40. I reached out to customer service and was refunded. ***Beware of additional unauthorized charges. ***
