Lone Star Carpet Care and Restoration

We hired Lone Star to have a carpet in one of our bedrooms re-stretched and they did a great job! Great communication, easy to work with, on time, quick, efficient, & affordable. We could tell they take pride in their work. I would highly recommend them to anyone and will hire them again for future jobs.

I have a great experience with Lone Star Carpet Care. My technician was Chris; he was really professional and informative. He recommended the best treatment for our carpet. I was very impressed with the carpets after they were finished. I was more impressed with the customer service from the owner and the tech (Albert). Albert was very professional and honest. He was straight forward and very informative and not salesman. He also seemed very happy to be working for his company. You don't get customer service like this anymore.

They are NOT PROFESSIONAL at all when you complain. The manager (or possibly the owner) threatened us multiple times that he would contact our landlord/ housing management about some made up stuff to get try and get us into trouble as retaliation for putting a negative review. As a LOCAL GUIDE, please be aware that there are numerous reviewers that seemed to have received services from this company that only have ONE REVIEW with an often FIVE STAR RATING.
