Lone Star Foundation Repair & House Leveling

Called them back in September for initial inspection recommended an engineer report due to the type of house and damage got that all tended too and waited till after the holidays to start, called day before to confirm and Showed up at 7:45AM day of to install 13 piers and CrackStitch finished around 6:00PM same day so id say and super friendly and explained everything and came all the way to Fairfield TX (which companies normally don’t) 10/10 service highly recommend!

LoneStar fixed a bad job done by a prior "discount" foundation repair company that almost left my home falling completely off the main beam. They had a better price, completely professional work crew, 2 supervisors and great quality. They were in and out in a few hours and even adjusted our price down when they found they only needed part of the materials they had estimated. Incredible! I hope to never have to have foundation work done again but will highly recommend them to anyone!

We had LoneStar out to lift and stabilize our 1920’s pier and beam house. They did a great job! Replaced some of the beams, added more joists than they had to and added some pads for stability. They were very transparent and thorough and made sure I was kept in the loop throughout. Highly recommend them.

We had to have our home Stabilized for a Storm Water Project here in Tyler, TX and decided to use Lonestar because of the way they do their Piers and the Lifetime Warranty on their work. Juan and his crew showed up at the Scheduled time window that we were given by the Scheduler. They began work as soon as they arrived by Starting the digging on the 1st pier, measured distance between them all, and each team member began digging out a hole. They had to jackhammer holes in the back porch to put two piers on the R side of the Wing that recieved piers all the way around. They even pulled a fairly large boxwood out of their way and kept the rootball intact for me to place it elsewhere in the yard because it was going to be in the way of the City when they start the project in March.
