Lone Star Glass

This place was recommended to me by Bellaire Auto and I must say they did not disappoint. I brought my car in for a window replacement after somebody broke into my car. First time coming and Eric was so nice. I just knew I left my car in good hands. I love how honest and real he was, but also professional. They even cleaned the broken class out of my car. I tried to clean the class myself, but was too emotional to get it all, so the fact they did that for me was a blessing. I hope nothing like this happens to my car again, but at least I know where to go. No appointment needed. I dropped my car off that afternoon, and picked it up right before they closed. Would recommend to anybody.

Been a long time customer with Lone Star Glass. Our Landscape company uses Lone Star Glass when my crews break or chip windows at our job sites and Lone Star always come through within a timely manner to measure and install the glass windows.

Lone Star Glass did an excellent job replacing the glass panes in some of the windows on our house. Tony and J.C. came out to do the work and were very professional, friendly, hardworking and detail-oriented. I highly recommend them and would definitely work with them again!!

My wife and I called Ross when our backyard sunroom door broke. We called three different suppliers and Ross was by far the most detailed-focus, and caring. Their Installers team showed up today and did an amazing job: careful, friendly, helpful and made sure our door was perfectly fixed. All of this is truly a sign of a family-owned company that still cares about its customers, employees and what their business is all about. I called around to multiple glass companies in Houston to get a quote for the repair of a single broken pane in an older interior french door. Lone Star Glass was one of the few companies that said they could handle the task. Hayden quickly got me a rough quote based on pictures and dimensions I sent him. Based on my experience, the price was reasonable considering labor, technicality of the job, and the quality customer service. We were able to get work scheduled a few days after I got the quote. I received a call the morning of the repair to confirm I was on schedule. The glass repair technician Erik showed up later that day.
